Always tired, sore or struggle to balance work, life, and training? This program is for you! Anyone looking to build their nordic skiing fitness for enjoyment, needing structured training, or getting ready for the coveted Birkie. Whether you’re a beginner or a veteran racer, we can help you get the most out of your training.
Expected Results:
Peak performances in races and training goals based around your schedule and timeline.
Features:
Both John and Bjorn skied at the NCAA level, with John coaching at Loppet Nordic Racing after college and racing to a top 5 result in the Classic Birkie.
Communication weekly with John and/or Bjorn with a weekly training schedule on Training Peaks. For urgent matters, it is easiest to comment on training peaks.
Daily workouts tailored to your goals and lifestyle
Workouts include: Aerobic training and high-intensity intervals based on RPE and heart rate.
